In light of the government’s recent guidance on coronavirus, we are having to work very differently
In the current situation it’s likely things will take longer – but we’re committed to continuing to provide a service to all our customers and focusing our efforts on those that are departing soonest as a priority
What are we doing?
Working away in the background to deliver contingency plans where possible and making every effort to reduce the impact the situation may have on our customers. It is business as usual for us, albeit with some additional challenges thrown in
How long will this last?
We don’t know. In fact we’re certain no one knows the true answer to this but if we abide by the government advice and do as we are told, the numbers will fall and we should see the situation improving
We are now working from home until the government advice changes?
We are now working from home, following the latest advice from the government. Whilst our office is now closed, all calls are being transferred to a mobile phone. All other office operations continue but may take a little longer. We ask customers to understand working from home has its challenges in it’s own right when running a business but add to this, school closures and travel restrictions, may mean your call may not be answered immediately, or there may be a delay in responding to emails. It is best to email us for the time being if you need to get in touch, unless of course you have no option but to call us
When will I hear about updates for my tour?
We are updating customers about their tour 21 days before departure and discussing what contingency plans, we can implement. Each tour is being dealt with independently. We are dealing with tours that are due to depart in the next 21 days or so as a priority
We are not going anywhere!
We are still here, working away and finding new ways to minimise the disruption and disappointment. Please bear with us, we are doing all we can and continue to thank you all for your support and understanding
